Very good. It's like the hand toss except it is more thin. I like this because it's a good of you don't want a thick crust but don't want a thin cracker crust. I find it works the best in the biggest size they have since most brooklyn pizza are made to be big pizza.
Delicious, it's more like a Chicago style crust, the kind you can fold in half and the slices are double the normal size.
