Hadn't had Pizza Hut in years and it was surprisingly good despite this local restaurant being in understaffed chaos... there were two people in the kitchen and one server/everything else... she was running a bit ragged, forgetful and aloof but was pleasant. Most tables needed wiped down/were dirty and overall the restaurant was a bit dingy. They were out of personal pan pizzas and ran out of mediums during our order so I got large for medium price. Appreciated that!! The workers who showed up were seemingly doing the best they could whilst lacking resources. The new menus at this pizza hut location have no prices for anything at all listed. Very odd.

VERY disappointing. Server admittedly misquoted the special. At checkout she charged $6 more than price she verbally quoted. When I asked her if I was obligated to pay for her mistake, her callous and disinterested response was, "Yes. I guess so."

Honestly, between the 5 dollar delivery fee and the almost 5 dollar tip- we spent 10 dollars just to eat. The prices are already higher than we would like to pay, but dominoes was the other option and we thought why not try the hut again. Also- making it 1 dollar more for your regular crust is crazy. The service was good but the prices were not at all!

How come I can order a 3 topping pizza for $9.99 online but when I call the store instead for delivery it is $10.99? Came back to give 4 stars. I order from this store about twice a month because I get a little lazy and always order 3 or more pizzas when I do and usually they are excellent. My only two issues are the last time I ordered a pizza with buffalo sauce, the sauce was in a cup on the side instead of on the pizza as usual. I made a comment about that in the survey and got NO response at all. There was NO sauce whatsoever on the pizza making it dry. So I have been hesitant to order pizza with buffalo sauce since even though I love it when I order a pizza with chicken on it. Secondly, no matter that I ALWAYS pick contactless delivery, the delivery person is AT my door to hand me the pizza. That isn't what contactless means. EDIT: Mar 20, 2021 Why did my pizza arrive like this? The boxes were clearly NOT carried flat. Still edible but come on. Not enough to take a star off and this time it was actually contactless.
