Pretty desdes

I placed a pickup order walked into the Establishment and told them the name on my order. They handed me 3 pizzas (I ordered three pizzas). Once I had gotten home I realized they had given me the wrong 3 and I called the store. They proceeded to tell me that if I couldn’t return the chicken and spinach pizza I couldn’t get my correct order! I work in food service as well and I know for a fact you can’t take food back after it’s been in my car let alone my house in the middle of a pandemic!!!! Then this extremely rude crew member had the nerve to tell me I wasn’t getting ANYTHING. I’m just APPALLED. I have video proof for any member of management who’d like to make this right

I placed my order online. Got my pizza and it’s only bread and cheese. I called up there and asked them if sauce doesn’t automatically come on pizzas anymore or should we have asked for sauce. And the lady said that she personally made this pizza and knows there is sauce on it. Ok sis, the sauce must have evaporated in the oven because all that was left when it got delivered to my house was bread and cheese. Basically we got a big round bread stick with cheese on it. But paid for a pizza. It was probably the same price anyway.

Bread was dry and seemed rushed but I did order at like 10 pm 🙄 you know late night shift slacks! Another reason I stopped eating domino’s besides the horrible customer service was I noticed they don’t use fresh ingredients as well. Your bound to have a tummy ache 😣 the next day!
