1) What facilities, or service, does your clinic provide, ie dental, x-rays, autotory, etc. 2) If a patient needs aoutside service how does one get to apply for this service? I.e.outside service (cardiology), authorized by (Tri West), paid thru VA.

The VA dental clinic is across the street in a very small strip-mall and available for those Veterans who qualify. For VHA to pay for non-VA outside services the referral/consult must be generated by the VHA...

Clarksville VA offers auditory and x-ray services in addition to a number of wellness programs (acupuncture, chiropractor, Tai chi,etc). No dental Outside services not available locally are provided through referral by VA.
