There were several different programs that offered card (some were only $10 and others were for more such as the $100 for Athens-Clarke residents) BUT those programs have ended. Other organizations in the area may have similar programs in place - depending on their funding. Check local social media and other media for events etc.
I'm not really sure, I do know that when I did get vaccinated back in October of 2021 they gave me a gift card and told me that it was $100 on the card. Once I got to the store to make a purchase it was only 10 bucks on the card. They lied🤦🏽♀️
