Two stars because I got a response this time. While I’m glad to have received a response o. Google I still wonder why my emails have not been answered? I assume changing your physical address would not change the email address used. Nor have my calls. Also even if they have been closed since July of 2021 I was still able to use the same number to contact someone from July-December at that number. I stand by my original review of horrible service. The only response I have received since December was via a google review

I have been trying to reach them regarding wic since December 2021 and their mailbox is full, they are not open to go inside, and no one has contacted me back despite numerous emails and calls.

I have tried calling multiple times to try to get my immunization records for school. They answer, then they transfer me to someone else who NEVER answers. I would go there, however I live in Atlanta now. This is so annoying.

No, our health department clinics do not do dental services.
There were several different programs that offered card (some were only $10 and others were for more such as the $100 for Athens-Clarke residents) BUT those programs have ended. Other organizations in the area may have similar programs in place - depending on their funding. Check local social media and other media for events etc.
You'll need a photo ID, passport, or student ID. Also your social security card and an adult
