They have a low income form you can fill out. And I would just put yours and that you don't have any. You'll have to turn in your last year's tax return paperwork. And the first visit you don't have to pay anything upfront and you have to turn in that paperwork within 15 days and then they'll let you know how much it will cost. After they process that paperwork.
Okay thanks for getting back with me so fast and I can get a ride to the office today or tomorrow if they are not going to charge me for the visit first time I've been there before but it was a few years ago I believe
