I was referred to Dr. Louise Brown with Georgia Mountain Health in Chatsworth by my general surgeon. The surgeon’s office faxed over a referral order requesting that the Ga Mtn office contact me to set up an appt. I waited two weeks for the office to call me and then I finally called them. I got an appt three weeks out. No mention of referral. I received a phone call two hours before my appt…telling me that if I didn’t have a referral they would have to cancel my appt. They had record of original faxed referral. I was not impressed with them so I went ahead and cancelled the appt.

Very unprofessional!! Every time I took my son there, They always made me feel stupid just because I am a first time mother. She never even tried to get to know my son. It was always very quick visits if she was ever even their when my son got sick. Most of the time I got a nurse. She had also said my son was better but he still had strep throat.

I'm on 24/7 oxygen for lung damage. I was hunting a primary Dr that wasn't so high. This. Place is horrible. Refused to write half my meds I been on for years. Said 2 of them are addicting and the other ones they thought could be replaced with a alternative. Im doing find on what I'm on. Now I had to find another primary that has some idea what they doing because these quacks have my meds mixed up. Please stay away from this place.

I would give this 10 stars if I could!! I have never met or had such a wonderful patient doctor relationship as I do with my children's pediatrician Dr. Bailey. She is wonderful and really cares do much for each patient. Ny kids and I always look forward to our checkups with her. She is the absolute best

I saw Dr. Wiley Smith this past Wednesday in Chatsworth. He and the other staff are very professional and caring.

They have a low income form you can fill out. And I would just put yours and that you don't have any. You'll have to turn in your last year's tax return paperwork. And the first visit you don't have to pay anything upfront and you have to turn in that paperwork within 15 days and then they'll let you know how much it will cost. After they process that paperwork.
This is not true they have a job to do and they are good at there jobs some of you people are not having it your way so y'all are going too start some drama with the doctors and nurses cause they were all busy with something else I think that have to be patient with the doctors and nurses cause they are going through a lot of people in the office ever day that they are opening up the doctor and nurses are doing the best they can do for us so stop being rude and be patient with them and they will get back to you on the schedule for you and hope you have a blessed day and have a great day
