First you need the clear title that is signed over to you. You will also need proof of any insurance that may be required. Then you can go to the county that you live in to their website. Went on that website look for d m v or Department of Motor Vehicle locations and then click on that and make an appointment online. After you make your appointment online you will receive an email with clear instructions on what documents do you need to have to switch title. Also there's a phone number you can call to ask any questions. If you follow the email instructions and have all the documents that you need it'll go very quickly. I suggest you get there 15 minutes before your appointment to check in with the security guard and get your number.
It should just be a VIN inspection
