Women's drop-in is usually Tuesday from 3-5:45 and men's Thursday 3-5:45. You'll have to make sure it is open though they throw parties all the time
They have pick up play most days (4-5:30 i think) and then late nights during the week - 10:30 p - 12 a. Pay $7 to play. They also have a sub list if you want to join a team. Check out their website for specifics
