You do not have to purchase a ticket to enter the park. However, if am event is occuring then the amplitheatre may require a ticket to enter the event. Otherwise there are open hiking grounds before you reach the Amplitheatre that require no payment.
All free. No ticket needed. Plenty of free parking and beautiful hikes nearby. Make sure to go to the top of the amplitheatre to see the museum of shows and history of the park. Also the trading Post.
