Blues Travelers have played Red Rocks July 4th on 23 different years. I would say its a safe bet, they missed 1993 when Popper had a heart attack but otherwise they consider the date a tradition.
Red Rocks has their website up with the 2018 schedule usually up for the public to get an idea of what they are doing this season. At times acts are added and dropped. You may want to look at the website for updates
