They do not. I'd advise layers and an outer shell of goretex or another waterproof material
They will usually only cancel show due to lightning. As long as its not severe blizzard conditions you should be good to go.
The rock n roll will keep you warm! And layers, lots of layers 🙂 It'll be a great show!
Bring warm clothes for sure. A nice backpack with some extra layers works well.
Im also from TX. We were there last week to see the Gorrilaz. It was in the forties and raining...the show went on..
