Toni you use to work there so you should definitely know the answer to that question. But no its not acceptable at all, but i hope this experience does not stop you from coming back if not for the food i know we have some good beverages you will enjoy (:
Cheddars in Valdosta was good but now it a awful experience every time we go. Save your money at least until they get their act together cause they don't . Right now it's bad I've been 2 weekend in a row both were cold food and this weekend was cold food and terrible service for waitress and manager. I won't be going back.

We have not had and issues. Enjoy going there
Good food horrible service. My sister had to get our silverware.waitress complained about having so many customers to wait on. Took forever to get our tea and salads.
