Ughh never can get through to these ppl .They do nothing to help when you do. I have been fighting them for 20 yrs owed a ton. Kids are in mid 20s now he still owes over 25.000.00 and nothing..They took money from him to me yet I got a 3rd of it ..WTH

I’ve sent by mail paper work that I had to travel all around town to get and have Notarize. I paid for shipping because of the weight and they claim the haven’t received it. This is twice this has happened. In the divorce he was suppose to start paying but some how it says he will give it to me personally and he said after 2 years of no payments he would pay when it was court ordered and it was but now I’m having to go through child support services to get the what I need but they keep saying they are not receiving documents.
