Does anyone ever answer the phone??? How am supposed to know how to find my dog or what I need to get him out of the shelter?

The lines are often busy. You can easily walk in to look for your dog, they'll tell you to do that anyways. You need proof of Rabies vaccination, ID, and cash, Visa, or MasterCard.
