Adams county animal shelter does not have a space or time limit and work with multiple other shelters and rescues to make sure every pet is adopted. Animals are never put down because they have simply been there too long.
They don't have a time limit. They're very proactive in working with others to find animals forever homes unless there is a serious problem with the animal.
