Why is it so hard to get good customer service to purchase an item. The sale personally seem out of touch with the merchandise!

You're on your own when you shop here. No one really approaches you while you're looking for items to purchase. The only associate who makes direct contact with you is the employee at the door who checks your bag and store receipt to make sure you don't leave BrandsMart with any stolen merchandise.

I think that they are afraid of catching Cov-19. That is why they limit there interaction with many people.
