Great place to workout. The staff is friendly and management is helpful. There is an excellent variety in equipment. It is always clean and quiet. I have been a member for over two years and had very few complaints.

We are open 24/7 for our members. Current staffed hours are noted on our website.
It’s not a gym thing. It’s a legal thing. A minor cannot sign an agreement or workout without a parent or guardian. You’re welcome to ask your parent to accompany you to the gym so you can workout.
I think it's $5 a visit, but you can get your first week for free.
