I would feel its similar to a daycare. We were there at the end of the day and saw staff cleaning when the children left but im guessing with that many children there is a reasonable possibility of getting sick.
No illness with a birthday party we hosted there BUT I think the facility as a whole could use a deep cleaning (carpets, dusty, etc). I was surprised we didn't have illnesses occur afterwards only because of the type of facility and all those children.. just like school, etc
I have seen it no cleanliness issues. I do see the staff frequently cleaning all the surfaces.

My nieces got sick a few days after visiting BUT theres no guarantee they didn't get the colds from school and not here.
