I worked there for a little over a year. It does get really hot. Over 100 degrees easily during summer. Alot of politics. Some people get away with longer breaks. Pay is around $11/$12 an hour. Very good company but it's boring and hot work. Saw operator's are on their feet the entire shift except 30 minute lunch and 15 minute break.
Are there any benefits?
Stating pay is $11 -$12 an hour. If you become an operator you get a $1 raise. Evaluation for raises are done once a year around March.
