I worked there for a little over a year. It does get really hot. Over 100 degrees easily during summer. Alot of politics. Some people get away with longer breaks. Pay is around $11/$12 an hour. Very good company but it's boring and hot work. Saw operator's are on their feet the entire shift except 30 minute lunch and 15 minute break.
The plant is open 24 hours and we have parking for employees.

I have worked at KP but i worked outside through a Temp Agency. I have heard that it does get hot in there.
My supervisor said they should begin hiring again starting this month, so its a good time to apply and from what they tell everyone you will start at the bottom or what they call a DST/Saw operator.
