It will all depends on your credit score and the cost of the car. You can go on Carmax website and inquire about a car and do an online application. If you want something under 200 you might want to stick with cars less than $13k
Carmax will work with you. The credit score is what helps the banks determine what type of risk. You can research car types and potential car notes using their app. They will transfer cars that you feel fits your budget sometimes for free. I suggest, if you have a Credit Union that you bank with to use it to get the best interest rate which in turn will keep your payments affordable
Carmax is a good start, prices are posted, they don't haggle, and no high pressure sales.
Car Max can help!
