Why is it so difficult to get anyone from this office to return a phone call or renew a Rx. I have been trying for over 3 weeks and still haven't talked to anyone.

I've found the best way is to log on to ccaheart.com and send a message to your doctor or other staff member. If not done previously you'll have to establish an account.

I have never faced this problem. I just ask for my doctor's nurse.
