Such a bad name the employees are giving to this location their customer service they are the worse I ever experienced,not professional at all is sad that the owners are trusting some people there to run that bakery .

I agree with you oane thousand percent. Customer service makes you not want to buy your cake from them. It’s very sad that the owners trust these employees to run their business. Called and spoke to a lady name Carolina she was absolutely rude and obnoxious. I buy all my cakes from them but the employees make you not want to spend your money there.

Once you taste these cakes you will be hooked. Angela has worked her behind off from when she use to bake cakes out if her tiny apartment (long lines down the block) to where she is now. My only question is when are you coming to the flatbush area Angela, please we love you there as much love Sharlene
