The people are educated n thoughtful... I guess Jejordany Suriel must of caught a worker on a bad day... I'm sure if she would have gotten reported to management it would of been resolved I've been buying from this bakery for years awesome cakes staff are attentive the place is always clean the cakes are always perfect

When I got my cake for my event everyone was very professional. The deposit is usually left once you have chosen the cake or package you want. You don't get the deposit back no matter if you cancel or arrive at the location when your cake is suppose to be picked up, but you arrived late and the location is closed. Before making any arrangements please make sure you are aware of their policy. Overall I love their cakes...and their work ethics....
I have to agree the customer service has seriously declined at this place.
