The business is in need of restructuring and the employee should have sensitive training also the product is deseat but the experience was the worst I have done business with I will never use them again when you are doing business with the public not that the customer is always right but you should be able to use courtesy and politeness when speak in the people we're not professionals in your business and understand all the details that goes into creating a cake
Sounds about right, I visited this location a few months ago and got nothing but attitude. Took my business elsewhere. If you have a small business please teach your employees about great customer service fundamentals.
