It's all in the dry age. Nothing more. Good steak needs salt and pepper not recipe or seasoning.
They won't tell you exactly. But they get first and best pick of beef to begin with. Then they dry age it in-house. There probably isnt much to the actual recipe other than simple salt and pepper and butter.
