It isn't but getting medium well may be why that's a concern for you. You can try tonorder a little more than medium and have it retain some of the juiciness.

Peter Luger steak are done however you want them. But, of course, if you like medium well you are making hard to chew and swallow. Medium would be perfect for you. The taste of the steak will be so superb, you will forget the medium well stuff. Get a good wine with it. I like my steaks rare and they are to die for. Enjoy.
You may have it confused with outback? Jk! I prefer medium rare but people I know have been pleased by ordering the med well
