are the steaks the same for both location?

I would likely say yes. I saw on food channel....Because they consume a ridiculous amount of meat, the restaurang storage for both locations are not enough. They use one central location somewhere in New York. The Brooklyn location is very busy throughout the day. Reservations help a lot but you have to call 2 weeks ahead of time to get the time you want.
