Yes, although not everything is and you should confirm with them even with dishes that sound like they should be.

Kajitsu is 100% Vegan and has only 2 pre-fix menus.

I visited kajitsu twice, 5 years apart, last time half a year ago. The menu was 100% vegan (and highly recommended though pricey)
