Hi kim, that happened to me once. But for the most part, I think it's rare. I've been there several times in the past year due to trauma on my left eye. I was sceptical at first but I couldn't be happier with the overall results. Perhaps this is why we are called patience. Good luck
My 8 yo son goes here, I have never had this issue. Always in and out quickly, with in an hour.
