I have a neighbor who has at least 15 + cats/kittens. She keeps them outside, letting them run amuck. They have gotten under our home and tore up insulation and duct work. What else can we do about this? Some of them are sick as well. Animal control

I called animal control, they told me to capture them myself and take them to shelters that have room for them. Animal control said they only deal with dogs in this area. This woman needs informed on spay/ neuter and vaccines.
