How do you get ahold of a real person because these people make it impossible to get ahold of. This automated thing does help at all or answer any questions what so ever.

Always better to go in. As said previously, they are always very busy. Additionally, as most are volunteering, they are doing the best they can with the volume of folks going in and out.

It's best to just go there. We adopted our last fur baby from there. Everyone was super nice and very helpful.

I would recommend going into the office. They are super busy as they have so many different things going on.
