Basically two doors on arriving lowest level where people will get their checked luggage off conveyors. So a sign will indicate which doors are closer to their airline baggage claim. You can wait in the cell lot on way in, just before tower, on right, follow signs, they can call you when they get their bags, you will both get to doors and pickup spot about same time.

Upstairs in drop off if they do not have checked luggage. Downstairs if they do.

Yes, follow the signs for arrivals. Once you get to where the doors are, there's more signs for the airline so it's easier to find the person you're looking for. Security is pretty strict about making sure people aren't waiting in the drop off and pick up zones, so hang out in the cell phone lot until the person you're picking up is ready for you.
