I am traveling from out of town to pick up a client, and transfer a new vehicle to them.
The transfer process may take up to 30 minutes, so curbside options will not work.
Where do you suggest ?

Cell phone lot would be best. Otherwise park in short term parking since you are parking for a short duration.
