It looks like a fun place, What's the story of the blue glass that was placed like water?

The glass is called call it and was left over from the process that Pittsburgh plate glass used to create the glass. That process was called the Penn Vernon process or also the ribbon of glass and so this element of the park was created to reference that and is called the river of glass. It will be redesigned and refurbished in 2020.
