Parking garage under hospital is closer
It's in the building(parking garage is attached) that is directly across from ER. Go through the glass door entrance, take a right through the other glass door (opposite of elevator)and head straight to the door that says HR. Just fyi they're appt only now, so don't know if there will be anyone to answer the door
