Nice spot with a lot of trails. It's right next to I 675 on its south side, so a little noisy there. The rest of it is pleasant, woodsy, and idyllic.

The pond needs dredged. Took my grandkids there and the pond was so full of moss and sticks they had to set their bobers to less than 3" off the hook to work.

The park itself is well maintained, although noise from the highway and pool next door make it hard to emerse yourself in nature. I've also noticed that some extremely entitled people have begun to use this as a dog park, letting their dogs run off leash and swim in the pond. As a result there are no longer any water foul, no baby ducks in the spring like there used to be. Kettering needs to be more proactive with their leash laws, I swear I may have to start carrying pepper spray or a bee bee gun to protect myself from unknown dogs. Keep your pets on a leash people, I'm not taking my chances getting mauled.

People here can't leave you alone long enough to enjoy fishing. Kettering people are just too nosy.
