I have eaten there 3-4 times when we visit Sedona, and they have several gluten-free, vegan options. They aren't necessarily labeled as such but omitting the cheese, and sour cream from the veggie fajita's is an excellent option with corn tortillas. Enjoy!
If nothing specifically on the menu then I'm sure they could whip something up. Plenty of beans, rice, grilled veggies, etc.
Yes think they do. I do know there are vegetarian. I am fairly certain that they can make you a superb dairy free meal.
I'm not sure if there are vegan options, sorry to say, but if you go sit out on the patio it's a beautiful view.
