I agree with the others it really just depends on the package u purchase. Just know their parks are all pretty dilapidated. So buyer beware...I have stayed at there parks regularly for over 10 years. I've seen them go down hill. Where bathrooms were out of order the whole time I was there two weeks. The toilets in the clubhouse were overflowing. The clubhouse actually used to be a nice place to hang out with swamp coolers that worked to keep it cool. They used to serve steak dinners every Saturday. Now the building is dirty and the furniture is run down and dirty. Please dont get me started on their other parks. How they sold memberships guaranteeing that you would not be limited to a specific number of stays. It happened. Now they only allow 6 at Cherry Valley Lakes.
You buy a contract /join the resort. There are several CRA owned in Az n CA. Dilapidated? Parker is a beautiful resort. Who peed in your coffee? Yuma was repainted...it looks great. Have things changed over last ten years, yes....but most have been kept up well
It just depends on what package you get I pay 150 a month I paid almost 9,000 but it's three generation so I can pass it on the three of my kids.
DILAPIDATED IS A PUBLIC OR STATE PARK OK....NOT OUR RESORTS!
Call the CRA office. Their parks are nice.
Depends what you get...I really can't say...it's all different.
