We were told on the phone check in was at 2, so we were charged for the early arrival but the problem was we were not in our site for over 30 minutes because the site next to us had a tent in our site. Once backed in there was inches from the front of my truck to the edge of the road. We asked if there was plenty of room for the kids to play and ride bikes, we were packed in like sardines with a small cement slab and gravel roads. The picnic table would not sit level. The water pressure was low because of the amount of people connected to one hydrant. The electricity went off the first night for hours and quiet time did not start at 10 pm like it was listed. The shower house and pool were nice and recently remodeled the restrooms by our site were also recently renovated as well but being tucked back away from the road was not what is portrayed online. Extra guest are charged $5 a person but not much room to park, fire pits are $5 a day. Overall not what we expected, made the best of what we had, just surprised by the extra fees and small space.

Needed LP fill for our motorhome so we could run the furnace as there was a major cold front coming in (temp as low as 12 degrees) and Eagle's Landing was the closest place to get a fill. When we got there, discovered a problem - a missing gasket needed to fill the tank. The staff there was GREAT.... helped us figure out what the problem was, got online to help us find a place where we might be able to get a replacement gasket, let us leave our motorhome parked there while we drove all around to get a new gasket.... Terry was especially helpful in assisting us with problem-solving!!! Really outstanding!!! We got the problem-solved and got our LP fill.... and the price for the LP was really good! the lowest price we've paid so far!!!! Fantastic place & great service! Highly, highly recommend!!!!!

We arrived and checked in. We didn't need full hookups, just electric, so they gave us a beautiful spot right on the water. Would have loved it except the rest rooms were closed for the winter. We called and explained that we needed to be closer to rest rooms, and the graciously booked us into a different spot, not as close to the water but right across the street from the rest rooms and showers. We were only there for one night, so didn't need outside amenities. We've stayed there before and were always happy with the place, and this time we noticed more improvements being done. Staff was very professional and friendly, and we will definitely be back sometime when we can stay longer. The folks at Eagles Landing are very accommodating.

A kid free birthday weekend getaway for my bride and I. We found this place via Google maps just looking for somewhere new and hoped for the best. First of all this campground has tons of potential of being absolutely beautiful (and they very well may be in the process) but there are alot of long term campers here you can definitely tell, there are several old buildings, trucks, tractor, boats and other equipment spread throughout the campground. ALOT of rules! (Not always a bad thing but dang) But...some of the sights down by the lake have a beautiful view, the pool area looks amazing. There is mini golf and big fire pits! a pond with little boats you can use and a big pavilion. Like I said before "tons of potential". Literally not a bad place if your passing through. ( updated my review due to owner reply)Ok great! Now some of these things make sense. We will make it a point to revisit and check out the updates! Good luck on your renovations and clean up can't wait to see what you have coming down the pipeline.

Campsites are $45.00 a night for full hookup and electric/water sites are $35.00 a night. If you are wanting a cabin a 2 bedroom is $125.00 a night and a 1 bedroom is $110.00 a night both are plus tax. Hope I've answered your questions.
