We ordered a cheeseburger by itself with mustard and onions only and never got it. We also had 2 combos one was the popcorn chicken and they were so hard we couldn't eat them. The other combo was the chili cheese dog we got onion rings with it. The onion rings were nasty the batter was falling off and were mushy. I called 7 times trying to see if we can at least have the burger added back to the card and no one ever answered it just rang. One time someone answered and never said anything I said hello many times but then hung up. Truly disappointed

They were really busy at 2 pm but, considering the volume the food arrived in good time. Carhop was pleasant and the food was good.

Forgot half of our food the first go around. Ordered a sausage burrito and took a bite in to realize there was no sausage. Went back to get the rest of our order, and the manager refused to replace my burrito as we had already taken a bite out of it. How am I supposed to know if it’s correct without taking a bite!? Carhop was very nice and apologetic, but they definitely need a new manager that respects their customers!!

The food was terrible! My husband wanted to try the bacon bacon double quarter pound cheeseburger. It looked nothing like the picture. Two paper thin patties and one small piece of bacon. The onion rings were overcooked. I like their blasts but from now on, we won't be eating their sandwiches. The quality of their food gas gone down dramatically in the past few years!
