Yes, proof of vaccination is required, like it is for every restaurant, movie theater, venue, etc in New York State. Mask requirements vary, but I would be safe and have your mask with you like any reasonable citizen.

Proof of vaccination and masks are required to enter the Rose Theater. I don't have air filter information.
