My experience with Spaniards in NY has been great. The management of the accommodation by Carlos was very fast and from the first moment he took care to attend to my requests and answer my questions. Residence 99 is definitely a good place to stay in New York. Its location stands out (just 4 minutes walk from lines 1, 2 and 3, with which you can go almost anywhere in Manhattan) and the good atmosphere that is formed among the residents. There are many supermarkets, bars and parks nearby, and the area is very safe.
