I've only ever seen head cheese, aka Sylta. Never seen or looked for hot Sylta. My mother loves it, I ate it as a child, before u knew what it was. LOL
Don't know how different it is from head cheese. They have head cheese. Kowalski's has hot head cheese
I don't think think they sell anything hot. But I'm not a hundred percent.
