Try Double-single with grilled onions and chopped chilis. You don't really need the second slice of cheese. It's even good if you ask for "no salt" because the cheese, spread, and buns have salt in them. Great way to lower the fat and sodium in your order!

Everyone has a different palate. What works for me might not work for you. So what i normally get is a 4x4 animal style with the buns extra toasted( that way if you take it to go it won't be too soggy) and then I also get a side of spread so I could enjoy the spread on every bite. 😁 Man, I'm craving in n out now.

In-N-Out only has 3 burger options on their menu, but there are a lot of hidden options to choose from. You can get a burger animal style (grilled onions, add pickles, and burger patty grilled with mustard), lettuce-wrapped (gluten free alternative), or if you're a fan of grilled onions, I recommend whole-grilled onions.
