My experience with my sales person was very good. It was a long relationship, since we had to wait out all the issues with releasing the new Bronco. Dean was great. However, the vehicle broke in less than 100 miles and remains in the shop waiting for a back ordered part that no one knows any info about. So, my experience has not been good, to say the least. Three weeks since I purchased the vehicle and I cannot drive. So, I cannot I good faith give my overall experience a positive review. This is not a reflection on my sales person but Ford in general. Let’s hope I get my bronco before the first payment is due.

Came in for a routine service on my 2021 f150. Scheduling an appointment was hassle free and took no more than 5 minutes to do. We need the truck same day so we brought our laptops and waited in the lovely little guest area after passing the keys over to the service writer. An hour later, we were returned our keys with the service done and tires rotated. Pain free and quick. This does seem to be a smaller dealership with limited new cars on the lot currently. There is also a genuine ford parts store across from the service writers.

Darren was probably best sales person I've dealt with when it comes to car buying. Worked fast, took down numbers, and worked to get best deal possible. Up-front and honest. Smaller dealership where everyone was friendly and helpful. Only negative was not a large selection available but like that at most places right now
