You fill out an application providing your social, dob, address both current and last. Phone numbers for yourself, past and present landlords. You also have to give 3 references address+ phone contact info so they can see if you are a reliable person. You can make weekly, and monthly payments. And if you pay off on an item by the 6 moths they give you, you get it for the regular price however, if you take longer to pay off an item the price will be higher.
