Refer him to an agency that helps the addicted....A Muslim who uses drugs is not a criminal... He has a disease and is in need of mental health practitioners ...Look online there are places in this country that help those who need professional help.....I repeat A PERSON WHO USES DRUGS IS NOT A.C RIMINAL... HE/SHE NEEDS MEDICAL ATTENTION AND COMPASSION.
